Subject: Constitution of Internal Committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013

In pursuance of the provisions of Section 4 of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the undersigned hereby constitutes the Internal Committee (IC) to inquire into complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace.

The Internal Committee shall function in accordance with the powers, responsibilities and procedures laid down under the POSH Act, 2013 and its objective. The tenure of the members shall be for a period of three years from the date of the issuance of this office order.

All the honourable members and employees of the Club are hereby informed to approach the Committee to make any complaint related to sexual harassment in the club premises or at the workplace.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
